What we collect

From businesses that use QuoteChase: email address, business name, mailing address, phone number, and billing details handled by our payment processor (Stripe). From their customers, entered by the business: name, phone number and/or email, the quote amount and a short job description, and the replies those customers send.

How we use it

Only to run the service: to send the follow-ups the business set up, stop them when the customer replies or opts out, forward replies to the business, sign businesses in, and bill them. We do not sell personal information. We do not share customer phone numbers, emails, or mobile opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Service providers

We use providers to operate the service: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), text messaging (Twilio), email delivery (Resend), and payments (Stripe). They process data only on our behalf.

Opt-outs and retention

Opt-outs (STOP replies and email opt-out clicks) are kept permanently so the person is never messaged again. Businesses can ask us to delete their account and their customers' data at phil@onesimpleanswer.com; we delete it within 30 days, except opt-out records and what we must keep for billing or legal reasons.
