The service

QuoteChase sends follow-up texts and emails, on your business's behalf, to customers who asked you for a quote. $99 per month after a 14-day free trial. Cancel any time; you keep access through the end of the paid period.

Your responsibilities

You will only add customers who personally asked your business for a quote and gave you their number or email to reach them about it, and you confirm this for each quote. You will not add purchased lists, cold leads, or anyone who has asked you not to contact them. You are responsible for the wording of messages you edit, and for complying with the laws that apply to your messages, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM. You will keep a valid mailing address in your settings.

What we do

We honor STOP replies and email opt-outs immediately and permanently, send only between 8am and 8pm in the customer's local time, and may pause sending on any account that generates complaints or misuses the service.

Limits

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for lost business, undelivered messages, or carrier filtering. Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the prior three months.
